Requirement Gathering

You’re building a product and losing your direction. Navigating an unfamiliar journey with no map on hand can be confusing.

Like having a spot-on map, the Requirement Gathering process provides a clear picture of your product destination at any stage in the product building journey, along with the essentials needed to reach it. Through this process, you’ll gain essential information to make an informed decision to guide further research, development, and design of your product.

Co-Creation

When in doubt, Co-create.

Think of it as the family room in a house, where diverse perspectives are shared and come together. Co-Creation provides the space and time for multi-way discussions, ensuring open and egalitarian ground for every idea and insights to be recognized. The structured open discussions on Co-Creation sessions are essential for user-centered product development, especially when you prioritize a participatory approach. We designed the sessions to help project teams avoid blind spots and prevent unfounded assumptions driving the project towards an inefficient path.

Our Co-Creation modules are designed to be compact and efficient, typically conducted over 5-7 working days to deliver the intended output. Sessions accommodate 5 to 20 participants, depending on what you want to achieve. It includes the one that matters: end users, clients, and other relevant subject matter experts.

Whether kickstarting a project — by uncovering hidden problems and discussing pathways forward — or inviting your users to build with you, Co-Creation is a reliable, fit-anywhere module.

UX Research & Design

Every user is different,
we help you find the pattern.

It doesn’t matter if you know the destination when building for people —If it’s not the path the users want to take. A well-designed product or service isn’t about the aspiration of the product owner; it’s about helping the people you serve to reach their destinations.

The UX Reseach and Design process is where you learn the language your users speaks. It reveals their preferred path and guides you in designing a product that is intuitive, accessible, and truly usable for them.

Understanding your users’ needs is the core of developing a product that stays, but separating your own biases from your users’ perspectives requires hours of experience. While meeting your users is the first step, asking the right questions is what brings true clarity.

With 10 years of practice, we’ve mastered the art of uncovering insights often hidden in plain sight. Through in-depth interviews and user testing modules, our researchers surface meaningful insights from the diverse communities and individuals we engage with. These insights empower you to make informed decisions for designing better products, services, and experiences.

Here’s what we don’t do:

Cutting corners.
(We’re big fans of asking ‘Why’—a lot)

Asking pointless questions

Chasing quantity over meaningful conversation

Manipulating data.
(We say it like it is)

Design Sprint

Software development is complex and often resource-intensive. A validated design is a critical checkpoint before diving into full-scale development. Design Sprint helps minimize the risk of building the wrong thing early in the process, saving your valuable resources. Design Sprint is a process for answering critical business questions through design, prototyping, and testing ideas with customers. Using input from the product backlog, supported by low-fidelity prototypes and customer journey maps from previous activities, this module provides you with a design prototype to ensure your product aligns with customer needs and expectations.

Our design sprint module is an enhanced version of Jake Knapp’s original framework, with a tailored time and team composition to meet your needs. This approach delivers more extensive output, such as interactive prototype or static UI/UX design, giving you a more complete design ready for testing. The standard process of this module requires 9 working days per sprint, with 1 Product Owner & 1 Scrum Master in tandem as project managers. Up to 9 person in a single team consisting a mix of UX Designers, UI Designers, Copywriters, Programmers and other roles relevant to the product.

Scrum Sprint

Run adaptive development that minimize your risk of failure.

You’ve gathered meaningful user insights and finalized your design. Now it’s time for the next stage: launching a functional product. You want a product that works exactly the way it’s coded — clear and free of doubt. But functionality is only part of the puzzle. Making sure it stays aligned with user insights is equally crucial.

Scrum Sprint is our module for kickstarting digital product development with structured, time-boxed iterations to ensure steady progress and adaptability. At its core, Scrum Sprint champions a rapid iterative approach, using tools such as product roadmap to ensure developed products align with project goals and user’s emerging needs.

Each sprint focuses on pre-defined priorities from the product roadmap, while the iterative nature of Scrum allows for adjustments in subsequent sprints based on user feedback and evolving needs. As we move closer to launch, adapting to changes becomes critical — even small adjustments can make a big impact.

Scrum Sprints are defined by the number of Job Stories assigned for each sprints. The stories compiled into Sprint Backlog, agreed by the Product Owner & Client prior to the start of the sprint, will give an estimate of the number of sprints needed. Each Sprint session runs for a 14-day period.
